We were able to stay with no ac. Temperature in room was comfortable. Thank you for opening up for our stay. We will be back.

Baylor homecoming weekend

Perfect Location for Convenience to All Things Waco!
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was the perfect little place for my friend and I to go enjoy a weekend girl’s trip. The carriage house is super close to everything! We Uber’d everywhere and had an easy time getting picked up and dropped off throughout the duration of our stay. The little house is cozy & had everything we needed. Andy was very communicative & friendly. He even gave us some great suggestions for good eats! We would definitely stay here again. :)

Great Location and Easy!
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe owner, Andy, was super helpful right away as he messaged me ahead of time on how to check in and once we arrived he was kind enough to show us around the place and gave us some recommendations of where to eat around town. He was great with communication and let us know that he was available if we needed anything or had any questions.
The actual property itself was really nice too, and matched the name, as it was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and was easy to use. No complaints at all from us, highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

The carriage house itself is adorably decorated and impeccably clean. The location is a major plus. The property is conveniently situated near all the major attractions in Waco, yet it feels wonderfully secluded and private. We appreciated the easy access to local restaurants, shops, and the famous Magnolia Market, all while having a quiet retreat to return to. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, our experience at the Cozy Carriage House was exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Waco.

Great Getaway
