Waterfront cottage
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay in Wellfleet in the Waterfront cottage was comfortable and the location was delightful and convenient.
I do suggest that some paper towels, garbage bags and dish cleaning soap and sponge be available. Additionally, when you list coffeemaker in the amenities you should say needs pods since it's a Keurig.
I would recommend this cottage to my friends and would stay here again. Thank you!

Location, Location !

Quaint, No thrills; But Beaitiful area

Excellent Views and very sub-par amenities and service from Leasing Agent

The unit itself should have been better for the cost of the unit. There was no AC in the unit and when we arrived it was nearly 100F, a temperature that was expected to maintain for a few more days. At night we had to keep the windows open to keep cool, but this led to more problems because dogs frequently walked past the unit barking. The furniture in the living room seemed new, but also cheap and very uncomfortable (hard). Additionally all of the appliances in the unit were old.
The service from the Leasing Agent, Berkshire Hathaway Robert Paul properties, was terrible. When arriving at the location to pick up the keys there was no explanation of where the property was on the site. After driving to the condo site, we walked around for 20 min trying to determine which unit was ours. I attempted to call the Leasing Agent at that time but received no response. An owner of an adjacent condo helped us out.
Robert Paul Prosperities also alleged that I had a dog on the property. I was called by a leasing agent and a note was left on my door that there was a dog in the unit and it was barking. Apparently they were told this by other owners at the condo site. I did not bring a dog on this trip.

A perfect spot for a perfect vacation!
Publié le 25 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis cottage was exactly as advertised! The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The view is spectacular and the location could not be more perfect. It's a quiet, peaceful area with 3 great restaurants just a short walk away and many more great places just a short drive. After a day of whale watching off the coast of Provincetown or a day spent at Martha's Vineyard, it was wonderful to come back to the peace and quiet of the waterfront directly in front of the cottage. We fell asleep most nights to the sound of the waves almost right outside out bedroom window, There was some unexpected excavation and workmen around for the first few days to fix the electrical issue mentioned in the other reviews. Paula from the property management company called us multiple times to be sure everything was ok and the owner graciously offered to compensate us for the inconvenience. Rest assured that the electrical issues mentioned in other reviews have been resolved! This was our first trip to Cape Cod and we could not have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be back!
