Less than desirable

There appeared to be mold in the bathroom and on the light switch. Burn marks on the carpet and burn holes in the comforter.

Disappointing family suite

We are a family of six and stayed in the family suite. It was dirty! It smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The smoke detector was missing from party of the room and the other was covered with a plastic bag and hair tie. The tv didn’t work. The bathroom was filthy and half the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The sheets were stained and the bed were so noisey. The IT systems were down so we couldn’t check in for about 45 minutes when we arrived late at night. This is not our usual experience while staying at a super 8. We were very disappointed.

Room wreaked of smoke. Nasty, stained carpet in the room. Stains on bathroom ceiling. Area where hotel is located seemed rough.
