I had a basketball tournament I was attending in town,the hotel looked nothing like what was advertised in the picture which should have been my first instinct.First room ,no running water.They switched me.Next room no air!! They switched me again.The pool was out of order.Really I need my money back or points or something

Walked into the room and a strong smell that was very unpleasant, blood stains on both of the sheets and pillows, bed bugs on the left bed, stains all over the ceiling, 5 dead cockroaches, mold on two of the sheets and in the corner walls along with dried blood on the sheets. Was also told the second night would not be charged because of the horrendous conditions, and let alone asking $130 a night for this dump I was charged for both nights.

Need new toilet seat
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsStaff was friendly but Our room smelled really musty, the pool was out of order and judging by the signs on the door it had been for some time. The worst part was our toilet seat! It was broken and wobbles back and forth and was a old particle board and a lot of the paint had came off. You couldn't have paid me to sit on it!

Son and family had a room for last night but it was awful. No smoking room reared the whole floor stunk. AC broken, door lock broken could only be opened with master key. Pool closed on a 90+ day. When asked if could gave another room he was told no there isn’t any. They just packed up and left. I want my money that I paid for the room back. Totally disgusting

We were disappointed many times. The pool was closed due to skimmer broke. No plans to replace it. A hot tub was advertised but we didn’t see one. We were given a handicap room and did not request one. Electronics were unplugged. No working microwave. Toilet was slow to flush. Remote control for volume was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. Room was outdated and pictures did not represent the room that we rented. We’ve stay at many Wyndham properties and this did not represent the quality we’ve had previously.
The breakfast bard had no meat. Only egg and cheese was available. No juice either. We now know the importance of buying insurance to get a refund. We will never stay at any Super 8 again.
