Great place that overlooks Boardwalk

We would rent again. Owner was great. Balcony overlooking boardwalk was great place to have a drink and people watch. Be prepared for two flights of stairs that exit out of the back of the building.

Property was exactly as listed, right in middle of board walk! Owner was great and responsive with communication!

Yes.... our guests often comment that our condo is nicer and larger than the pictures portray. It is 1,700 square feet and right on the boardwalk with a fantastic ocean view. I believe it is the best situation in all of Wildwood! We are glad you had a great vacation. That is our goal.

Location is amazing! Was the perfect place to vacation with a large family. The owner/host, Tom, is very nice and easy to get ahold of with any questions/concerns. We had a great time and look forward to coming back again!

Phenomenal

Tom was one of the best landlords I’ve ever dealt with. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had more than enough to make us feel at home. Tom responded immediately to all of our questions and even advised us on things to do during our stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a terrific time and absolutely loved the place. So much space for 6 of us and saved us money being able to cook and do laundry. We loved the balcony and how cloae it was to the beach. The only downfall was having to buy sheets and towels that we didnt know would not be supplied.

We had so much fun. Tom was very helpful, I had an issue checking in and Tom was able to help me quickly he also walked me through where everything was. The location is great we got to watch the Monster Truck Show right from the porch.

Irish Weekend stay

Other then the bad weather we had a good time. Tom the owner was very friendly. We communicated before and after the stay. I do think the owner needs to upgrade a couple things. The grills were in bad shape. We wanted to grill but couldn't because they were in bad shape. The only other thing is the mattresses need to be replaced. The queen bed mattresses are in bad shape. Very uncomfortable and lopsided. Other than those 2 things everything else was fine. Plenty of glasses, paper towels,dish soap, silverware. There were even coloring books and crayons for my great granddaughter to play with some games also. Would definitely rent again.

We are glad you had a "good time". That is our ultimate goal. And yes, we do hope to see you again! Thank you for warning us about the George Foreman grill we provide on our porch. Sometimes the previous vacationers don't leave it in the proper condition, or it just may need to be replaced. I will check it out along with the mattress you brought up. That is the first time we have been told that so I too will have to look into this mattress. Again, we are thankful you had an enjoyable vacation.

Awesome Vacation

The location right above the boardwalk and beach view with balcony with a walk out the back door right to the beach and boardwalk couldnt have been better.Right between the 2 piers in the midst of the excitement.The owner was curtious and helpful with everything .The place was bigger then i expected equiped with everything you need extremely nice and clean.It was a Vacation ill remember .Cant wait to go back again.Thank You .

Great view not great location

To start, there was no parking spot or place to unload. You get 2 parking passes to park on the street if you can find a spot. The neighbors constantly have stuff blocking the way to the stairs. Entering the property is 2 sets of stairs to the door. I don’t remember reading anything about this. We had to carry bags for 2 blocks and then up 2 flights of stairs. The house was relatively clean but why did advertise they had a high chair and they didn’t. It’s a broken booster seat. Also, I did not read in the listing that there were no towels or sheets. Not even a dish towel. That was incredibly expensive and unnecessary and we would not have stayed here if we knew this. Also, the lights in one bedroom didn’t work until we figured out where the breaker box was and how to turn them on, and the outlet by the bed never worked the e entire stay. And there was no hot water in the kitchen sink most days. All of these added a lot of unnecessary stress for the price we paid.

You texted me, "Thank you so much! We had a great time. We are leaving tonight to try and beat the traffic. Everything will be done for you. And thanks for the Polish Water Ice!" Then we got your negative VRBO report. We built this condo 8 years ago and have had upwards of 75 evaluations.... all of them 4 & 5 star. Being one of the few condos right on the boardwalk means it is a 2nd floor location. There are no first floor condos only shops actually on the first floor. We have 8 of the 20+ pictures on VRBO that show the fantastic views from the porch of the boardwalk, beach and ocean. Those are all 2nd floor pictures. When arriving, we inform.everyone to unload at the end of Spicer Avenue about 75 feet from our entrance. They then get the 2 parking passes we provide ($500 that we pay). Why would you park a couple blocks away, when you first arrive, and carry your bags for 2 blocks to unload from there? That is a first. Reread our VRBO descriptions. Nothing about a highchair. We do provide a booster seat. If broken, you chose not to inform us. Read other comments. If broken, we fix things usually that day. Again, you need to reread our VRBO descriptions. Three times, one in bold print, you need to bring your own towels and sheets. Not having any hot water in the kitchen sink at times is impossible. We have one hot water heater. If you had hot water in the bathroom sinks and showers, you had it in the kitchen sink too. Most of this could have been handled with a simple phone call or text message to me. I work hard to insure our guests have a great place to stay.
