Tons of room

HMT vaca
Posted Jun. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayStayed at location for our first visit to HMT. The house was convenient and worked out well. We had a party of 10 and we had plenty of space. Plenty of room for vehicles and trailers as well. We planned our riding were we ended in Williamson for dinner at 3guys which was a short road ride ride back to the house. Owner is very responsive to any questions! The provided blackstone made doing breakfast quick and easy for the group.
Would stay again!

Hatfield/McCoy Trail Riding

House house was nice and clean.
Short ride by bike to Buffalo Mountain.
Definitely would stay here again.

Close to ATV trails
Posted Feb. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayOverall good stay. Close to the trails and had what we needed. Carport was nice to keep our buggies in overnight to keep the rain off of them. The only thing I wish we knew ahead of time was the fourth ābedroomā was in the basement area that could only be accessed by going outside. Wasnāt a huge deal, but had to switch around how we planned to sleep everyone as I didnāt feel comfortable putting the kids down there without direct access to the adults.

Exactly what we expected!

Fabulous Rental!
Posted Jul. 29, 2023 on HomeAwayOur stay was perfect!! The rental more than accommodated our group of 9 and everything was amazing! The house was well stocked with everything from coke ware and dishes to bathroom towels and plenty of bed linens. The owner made sure we had directions from the property to all the trails, permit purchasing, gas, local eateries and grocery location. It was a fabulous stay and weāre already planning our next visit! We couldnāt have been happier with the host and property! Everything from the initial booking to departure was seamless and easy!

Great place to stay for HMT
Posted Jun. 28, 2023 on HomeAwayThe house was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. The black stone grill was a huge bonus. There was even everything for outdoor fire and plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. The neighbors were also very nice. The owner was very responsive with any questions that we had.
