Hôtel de type famillial, chaque chambre a son histoire et son style. C'est un endroit charmant mais le confort est à revoir. les matelas sont tellement creux et usés qu'on a de la peine à sortir du lit

We spent one day and night at this hotel. Beautiful view of the Whiteface mountains. Very home like atmosphere. Nice rooms with everything you need. Owner of the place very nice and helpful. Lots of toys for kids to play with. My 2 and 4 year old had a blast there. Huge living room with tables board games tv etc. I would definitely recommend it and come back there again.

So sorry to hear the inn did not meet your expectations.. Wish I had been able to make good on what ever they were. The inn's hospitality is purposely different from that of the local hotels and motels and sadly not a good fit for you.
I do hope you enjoyed your time in the Adirondacks Regards
