Excellent hôtel, très bien situé. Tout le confort nécessaire, et plus encore : possibilité d'utiliser des machines à laver gratuitement, goûter offert etc...

This establishment has a good standing. Workers care well the guède but the communication is very dificulta. Workers don’t speak Inglish.

For instance, we have started the English training program for all of our employees. Belle décoration moderne. Bien situé. Insonorisation correcte. Chambre vaste et agréable. Le seul point négatif: le portier de l'hôtel qui a un arrangement avec des taxis malhonnêtes...

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questo hotel a luglio 2024 e sono stato molto soddisfatto. L'hotel è molto bello, le stanze moderne, il bagno ottimo, con doccia e wc separati. La zona è ok perchè in 10 minuti siete nei maggiori punti di interesse. Colazione ottima e presentata bene, non fosse che le brioches e il pane risultavano comunque secchi, purtroppo quel tipo di alimenti non possono essere lasciati lì più di 1 giorno, però c'erano. Carino il the pomeridiano offerto dove abbiamo trovato anche frutta secca da mangiare. Un pò distante la metro se dovete prenderla con i bagagli.

Very good location, within walking distance to the city wall and bell tower as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and did everything we asked very quickly. They could speak English. The hotel offered a great laundry service which I used a few times. This was self service and very easy to use. The hotel also offered afternoon tea for free which was a nice selection of cakes and snacks and a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city.
