Friends Weekend
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed our short weekend stay in this house. It's quite the labyrinth of stairs and hallways, but made for a great time. Very nice kitchen to cook in and lovely rooms and outdoor spaces for hanging out. The five of us were quite comfortable.

Well located great stay
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place to stay on the South East Side of the lake! We had 10 people and although it says only sleeps 8 with the bed set ups there are several pull out couches that can be used.
I know there were a lot of reviews saying they got noise complaints. We had 10 mid 20s people staying and we just introduced ourselves to the surrounding neighbors and let them know if we get too loud just to come let us know.the neighbors were great and very pleasant. We never got any complaints.

Great House, awesome layout

Tahoe Retreat
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues.
Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!

Family vacation

Ski fun
Publié le 27 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place. Fun game room with pool table. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub and plenty of bathrooms. Need to bring own soap/shampoo. Super market within a mile on main road-close to S Lake Tahoe if you like that. Multi-levels, so if steps are a problem, not your place, but no problem for us.

Prepare for stairs!
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLuckily everybody in our group is young and fit because, while this is a beautiful house and a convenient location, you will constantly find yourself going up and down stairs. It was almost comical, and it became a joke within our group, but you literally have to climb stairs to get to light switches in the living room or just going between the kitchen and the living room, so please just make sure you’re prepared for that. While the house was generally quite clean (linens, towels, kitchen, etc), my group did find a dirty sock in the billiards area and that sort of made us wonder how thoroughly the rest of the house had actually been cleaned. The property management here was great; we couldn’t operate the living room fireplace, and they came out to resolve the issue within 15 minutes all with a friendly attitude. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but I’d have to make sure everybody in the group is prepared for some cardio.

Casa muy grande
Publié le 9 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayLa casa está muy bien equipada y es muy grande la verdad que disfrutamos mucho . Solo que no hay azador y el colchón de las camas es muy muy suave y suenan mucho hace falta ajustarlas . Pero no n general muy bien .
