Could do better!
Publié le 15 sept. 2021 sur HotelsI called the property before booking asking if they had free airport shuttle, and the answer was "yes". However, once there, I discovered that the shuttle was free only from the airport, but on charge on the way there. Minibar was empty and switched off. Water was on charge. ...not the service I expected, would not book it again.

thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry as it seems like we have not been able to fully meet your expectations.
It is correct that our shuttle has a fee of CHF 5.00 when using it heading back to the airport. I apologize that we have not properly informed you upon your call.
We do have all regular minibar services available for purchase within our SNAXX store at the reception. Furthermore, it is correct that as per Hilton Brand Standard, water is only complimentary for Hilton Honors Silver members (or higher).
We would love to see you around again anytime soon.
