You will arrive in Modena, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a one-hour Aceto Balsamico tour. The Italian Acetaia offers a limited selection of high-quality products, crafted from refined knowledge passed down through generations. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena represents essential values, such as dedication to cultivating the land, the transmission of knowledge, and the preservation of traditions that have long defined Modena’s culture
Parma

Upon arriving in Reggio Emilia, you will enjoy a light lunch followed by a Parmigiano Reggiano tour. Discover the origins of Parmigiano-Reggiano with a visit to a dairy in Parma, where you will learn about this EU-protected cheese, still crafted using traditional methods and produced exclusively in the Typical Zone of Parma, Modena, and Emilia Romagna. Watch as skilled dairy technicians extract the product from milk containers and gain behind-the-scenes insight into the whey cooking and separation process. You will also explore the moulding and salting rooms, before proceeding to the ripening room where the cheese is aged to perfection. 02:30PM- After completing the tour, tasting and lunch, the driver will take you to the city of Pisa, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours.
Pisa

Upon arrival in Pisa, you will be greeted by our local guide, who will introduce you to the rich history of the city as you walk through the iconic monuments of Piazza dei Miracoli, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Please note that you’ll not enter the monuments. The walking tour will conclude after approximately 75minutes and the guide will escort you to your hotel in the city centre, where our driver will be waiting with your luggage. The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Day 2: Pisa- Lucca-Certaldo-San Gimignano

After breakfast served at the hotel, you will have time until 10:00 AM to enjoy free time in the centre of Pisa or relax in your room before departure. 10:00 - departure and drive to Lucca (45 minutes)

You will meet our certified and professional guide for a 2hour exploration of the city centre area. During the tour, you will visit the Church of San Michele, a Roman Catholic basilica of remarkable detail built in 795. Inside, you can admire the 4-meter-high statue of the Archangel Michael, the church’s patron saint. The entrance to the church is free, and while its appearance is simple, the internal architecture is truly impressive. You’ll then have the opportunity to stroll along the 16th-century city walls, a charming pathway shaded by trees on the edge of the old city. The tour concludes at the Lucca Cathedral, a stunning Roman Catholic church with a spectacular facade. After the tour, you are free to relax with a drink in a café or continue exploring the city at your leisure. The walking tour will end at the restaurant. Here, you’ll enjoy lunch in a charming spot, savouring authentic Tuscan cuisine.
