The staff is 5/5. We just didnt have water when we checked in. They promised water would be back at 6 pm but it came back around 7:30. It was quite hard since we had to use the washroom so bad and there were 5 of us. The ac turns on and off as its on its econ mode but it did get hot sometime in the middle of the night. Drinking water was not free, but its okay, buffet was very good. The hallway had some doors broken, probably from a hockey group. Other than that, the employees made our stay great despite the water issue.

The pool was not very clean. There were no towels at the pool and when tried to call the front desk the phone in the pool did not work. This was also the emergency phone. The breakfast was not great. The hotel was not worth the money. I spent the same staying I. Ottawa and that hotel was amazing. I would have rated this worth maybe $100 not $300 plus tax
