I like that it was full of amenities, I like the valet parking and devices. I didn’t like the fact the two elevators were not in service one time we had to go down the stairs from the twelve floor because we got tired of waiting for about half hour.

It was an enjoyable stay. Very helpful, courteous, friendly staff. The rooms were nice and housekeeping was very helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. Restaurant was good but Buffet very disappointing. The food not so good. Was not impressed. But free us free! Bar staff and casino employees very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed my stay at the Riverside. Plan to return in October on a bus trip. Now if I could have won a little money that would really have been great! But overall great trip. Thank you.

the riverside is a great casino. great restaurants and i like that we had a fridge in the room and a balcony.
