at sign in they presented $100 us upgrade then charged us full price. you didnt get a receipt at sign in nor at check out they sent automated message that you will be emailed by then your back in the states. try and call ? leave a message... never a return call good luck

The room was good but other than that it was the worst stay I ever had. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for the elevator several times! There were 5 elevators and all were running. This was including times that weren't rush times like breakfast or check out either. Breakfast was a fiasco and not worth it at all. Not much of a choice. Terrible experience.

The hotel itself is fine, and in good condition overall, but parking onsite is super expensive and wifi isn't even included anymore. Accept it will cost an additional 150$ to your room rate to be honest about what it will actually cost to stay here.
