Overall it was a good experience. Great location and staff. Breakfast buffet should be offered in a location like this and the prices that tourists pay.

I booked a room for Valentine’s Day. The washroom was absolutely disgusting and toilet was dirty, the bathtub was dirty and there were spiderwebs, we had to go shopping for cleaners to clean the room instead of enjoying our night. The receptionist was so polite and helpful he sent us someone to clean the room and the guy who came to clean was from the maintenance department and still did it.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and room were very clean. The view was great, and was exactly as pictured. Some aspects of the room were outdated.

Hotel is located in a very good location. I stayed in fallsview room. I was given a room in 11 th floor. It has a whirpool bath tub. Horseshoe falls is visible from the room but some view is restricted by the embassy hotel that is infront. Checking in and checking out was bery convinient. However, the fridge and microwave in the room werent working. I had to pay 45$ extra for parking and break fast wasn’t included

Room had a great view of the falls! Three of us booked to stay, would have been nice that there was 3 cups & extra towels. When requested at desk, anything we needed was quickly supplied.
