Property old smells bad not clean enough, water in the pool and lazy river dirty, if you need room to be clean you need to call and request, first time I heard about that, I requested one day at the morning and left to park come back at the eve my room not clean, hotel far away from Orlando parks each time needs to take Uber it is cost around $25-$35 each way, this hotel doesn’t have shuttle service, the breakfast restaurant was not working during my stay, bar in resort doesn’t work too, so to pay money to stay here better to stay close to parks area you will pay more for hotel but will save on transportation!!!
