25min check in No ground floor rooms but there were some available Ask for 1pm check out but front desk didn’t tell housekeeping this so I was woken up any way Ask Front Desk staff to have manager call me and 7days later, still no call.

My Stay
My daughter booked the room for me for two nights & I extended it another night. I found that the room was comfortable but paint is peeling off the bathroom ceiling in several places. There was mould on the ceiling at the top of the shower & a lot of dust in the ceiling fan. The phone didn’t work in the room as well. Several of the exterior doors did not close or lock properly to keep unwelcome people out. The carpets look worn out in the hallways as well. I also experienced the strong smell of marijuana on the first floor that appeared to be coming from the rooms on the north end of the building. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times & find the conditions deteriorating…

The property has not been maintained at all all. Stains all over the carpets walls, bedding. Water stains all over the ceiling. Shower barely worked. It’s was very dirty and the halls smelt of weed.

Check in was fine, staff was friendly. The hotel is in major need of updating. The hallway smells of weed, and the walls and carpet need a good deep clean. I was honestly a little nervous walking in, as the place seemed a bit sketchy. Luckily, my room itself was clean and didn't smell like the hallways. It was also quiet at night, which was much appreciated. The buffet breakfast in the morning was also appreciated. I would probably not stay here again, but for one night just to sleep, it was ok.
