"My husband was inrubated and had a surgery, the shuttle driver, was in a big hurry picking everyone up and she was driving excessively fast and slamming on her brakes, i almost fell out of my seat several times. She was complaining about everyone was calling her and wanting to go somewhere or to be picked up and that she was working for tips. I didnt feel like she needed a tip driving like that with elderly people and complaining like she did. It was like she was mad at everything and everyone. She was not professional. "

"The garage elevator was out of order so we had to walk up the ramp to the 5th floor at checkout. We did appreciate the removal of the parking charge. The electrical plus in the bathroom did not work so it was inconvenient to dry hair. Nice property and very clean."
