The property is in a great location for the show we were seeing at the Location music hall. The only downfall with the area around the hotel is the homeless people and their drug use right on the streets of London. It's like this everywhere downtown London. The Hotel itself is very secure and the farmers market and parking is right across the street.

Staff was very nice, the room was appropriate, washroom was neat and clean. We also liked that we could access both the building and the room with just a code.

We stayed at this lovely hotel when visiting London for a show at Budweiser Gardens. It was great as it was just a short walk over to the arena. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. The area under the bed was dusty but everything else was spotless. I’m not sure if we were the only people on our floor or if it’s sound proof, but we didn’t hear a single sound in our room from any direction. I prefer to be able to park right at a hotel, but I know with downtown hotels this is often not possible. The Covent Market parking lot is underground and right across the street and the hotel gave us a voucher to cover the cost, so it worked out well. We will definitely stay there again if we see another show at the Gardens.
