I liked that it was well priced and located near the downtown core. I was a bit concerned with it being across the hospital, but my stay was relatively quiet (no ambulance noise). The attached cafe and restaurant were convenient.
Location was great for my purposes, so no complaints there. But my room was against a very loud maintenance closet and wasn’t well sealed. After bringing dessert back one night, I had a couple of cockroaches saying hi the next morning. Great price though, so lesson learned, won’t be trashing food wrappings in my room overnight next time.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The courtyard was cute, we loved the sounds of the birds that we could hear while inside our room.
Property is very cute, cleanliness was sub par, and being directly across from a hospital meant all night sirens.
The area has severe issues with drug addiction, and aggressive behaviour from persons that are in this group. I was not made to feel safe walking around on my own as a woman walking on my own both during the day, and after dark.
