Location is nice. Come here several times a year. My favorite get away from the lower mainland. Has some maintenace issues, but easily fixable. Definately could use some better mattresses and pillows. Otherwise great!

There’s no internet or elevator and the room is very dark. Beds are too hard and you will wake up with a sore back.

Staff very friendly and helpful , beds comfortable , breakfast adequate. Only complain bathroom in exercise room needed cleaning badly . Overall , will certainly return .

Unfortunately, other than checking in, there was never anyone at the front desk. Even when I rang the bell, no one came after waiting for a couple minutes. One morning, the continental breakfast wasn't ready/available until 715a, which it clearing states is available from 630a until 10a. When you're on a schedule and the breakfast isn't available at the designated time, it's unfortunate.

Hotel stay was pretty good. Checknin was easy and quick. Breakfast was decent other thatn it starts at 630 and thats when they started the hot food. So it was not warm at all. I would say that breakfas should be cooked by 615 if it opens by 630.
