Fully furnished home is ready for you to get away and relax, with the beach 25 minutes away, and the Marine Corps Base - Camp Lejeune just 20 minutes down the road. We have just added "PET FRIENDLY" for your family pet to enjoy your getaway. NO CATS. Pet Must be potty trained! The Fire pit for a campfire (wood and marshmallow roasters ready for your use!) A comfy covered porch and woods and quiet all around. Lots of privacy and wifi plus kitchen and laundry facilities! Come relax, rejuvenate and social distancing is already set up for you! The physical address is actually 1474 Deppe Loop.

We’ll be back!
We had a fantastic stay at Dean and Patti’s Vrbo! It was the perfect home away from home for our family visit. The space comfortably accommodated all seven of us when we invited our daughter's family over for a fun night together. We particularly enjoyed the chickens on the property, although we missed seeing the horses. Dean and Patti were very responsive through text, ensuring we had everything we needed while respecting our privacy, which we truly appreciated. The house, adorned with their beautiful artwork, felt warm and inviting, and the delicious cookies they left for us were a delightful touch. Overall, it was an affordable and memorable stay, and we can't wait to return!

Dean and Patti's home was perfect, and they are terrific hosts. It is close to everything but off the beaten path. We were able to see our Marine at Camp Geiger (about 20 minutes) and we went to Newbern (about 30 minutes). The home was pet friendly, but it was very clean...spotless. There are several restaurants about 10 minutes away. Dean and Patti are very easy to deal with and are on site if needed. By far the best VRBO experience that I have had thus far. Homemade cookies were the best!!

Pleasant property and great hosts
The hosts were very kind, friendly, and responsive. I was able to stay here with my 2 dogs on a business trip. It’s difficult to find short term accommodations that allow 2 dogs, so that was a huge positive. The house was clean overall, and aside from the carpets being very old/stained, I can’t say much else that’s negative. It’s also on a really nice, quiet road that’s great for taking walks. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Joy of country living
We really enjoyed our stay, from the moment that we walked in the door to two types of freshly, baked cookies that were amazing to having space to spread out as a family of 5. We were in the area for a wedding in Emerald Isle, but it was so nice to come back to VRBO for the country living and sitting on the front porch every morning and enjoying the breeze. The VRBO had everything that we needed, and the host are wonderful, friendly people! Thank you!

We were very impressed by the size of the place. The hosts were very down to earth and easy to talk to. Don't be considered about its proximity to highway 13 because you can't hear any traffic. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet country getaway.

Older, clean, comfortable 2br, 2bath home. Nice little place in the country. Very quiet and convenient for my purposes. Full kitchen for those meals when you don’t want to eat out. Do bring your own containers for leftovers😄. Allows dogs so I was able to bring my Bostons which made me very happy. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful weekend away from city life for my wife and I. We brought our dogs and found total peace and quiet for 2days. We wish it could have been longer. We will be back.
