"The Poste Montane lodge has a very old school European Alps atmosphere. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. When I asked the assistant manager at check-in if there was a bellman to take our luggage to the room, he told me no, but that he would be happy to do it for me. The one bedroom suite we stayed in was very spacious, and had a walk-in closet larger than some studio apartments in Manhattan. Guests are treated to a free, hearty buffet breakfast every morning, during ski season. The restaurants and shops of Beaver Creek are only a short walk away. This was my second stay at the Poste Montane Lodge, and I'm looking forward to returning next year."

"We were super super happy with our stay. Communications were excellent. Location could not be better for access to the mountain and ski school. And the apartment was beautiful. Highly reccomend!"

"We had the absolute best week! This townhouse was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children ages 4 and under. The location was great! Easy walking, easy ski out and back in for adults. Would suggest shuttle service if taking first time skiing 4 year olds, simply because of equipment and skill. Shuttle service was so convenient to anywhere you needed to go. Top notch cleanliness, plenty of towels and basic supplies! Beds were so comfortable! The decor is beautiful, welcoming and relaxing. Kitchen fully stocked with great culinary equipment needed for family meals. Our hosts were very responsive with any questions! We are looking forward to next year and would definitely stay here again! "

"Location is great! unit is as described and very clean. kitchen is really just a microwave and refrigerator so don't plan on cooking anything. I'm not sure what counts as "ski-in/ski-out" but it is about a 7-8 minute walk including 1 elevator and 3 escalators to get to the base of the slope. The hotel is not going to go out of their way to help you once they know you are part of a VRBO so just be aware of that. However, their cookies after 3pm each day are awesome after being on the slopes all day. Host was not as quick to respond using the VRBO app but am aware that he looks after multiple units. Would definitely come back."
