An amazing, pleasant and very convenient place to stay, especially for new city lovers. It is situted in a secure area with retail and food shops (such as the Americana Plaza), a 7-8 minutes Uber ride away. There are cafes and food shops such as; Dunkin Donuts, Costa Coffee, KFC, Hardees, a Supermarket (Hyper One), and many many more places which I have yet to discover... The area is a new development with many other new residential and commercial development projects currently being built near by. Inside the apartment, you have the options of a room with two Queen size beds or an apartment with a room which has a King size bed. Their is a lounge/living room as soon as you enter with a small and convenient kitchen located on one side of the living area. The bathroom is immaculate, with walk-in showers with the provision of smoke towels. You can request for an iron and ironing board. The fridge is preloaded with a few chocolate bars and bottles of water. The kitchen has a few tea bags, expresso coffee satches and sugar for an immediate kuppa once you arrive. My suggestion would be to visit the Hyper One supermarket and buy your groceries if you are staying for more than 2 days. The prices for goods at the supermarket are very decent too. The TV has over 1000 channels you will never be bored going through your channels of choice. Room service is great and are very prompt. I absolutely loved it here and will most definitely come back. Thanks Villa 14...!

Pleasant stay
The rooms are of a high standard and the furnishings were new. The team at the front desk also very friendly and catered to our requests. it's very central to everything and would only wait a few minutes for an uber to arrive.
