Toulet overflowing with sewage when we got there
worst experience of my life. toilet wasnt cleaned and was overflowing with sewage. we left immediately after getting no help from Kais. he promised to refund and 2 weeks later he has not. needless to say I do not recommend at all

The location is outstanding for visitors to Paris, on a fairly quiet little side street connecting to two busier, tourist-oriented streets selling almost everything we wanted. Easy walk to metro, RER and several of the best museums. Neighbors were usually quiet with a few 4 a.m. exceptions. The apartment is not big or fancy, but for this neighborhood, at this price, it’s great! There is a tiny kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink, a few basic cooking implements, and 2 place settings; there’s also a little table, 2 chairs, microwave. The bed was comfortable enough for me (too hard for my husband - personal preference). Plenty spare sheets, towels, TP, paper towels. Supplies such as shampoo are easy to buy nearby. The host was helpful and responsive via Vrbo message. There was only one fork, and security at Versailles took the other! Maybe that’s what happened to its mate. So we bought and left 2 new ones. Don’t try to bring metal utensils for a picnic in Versailles’ gardens! Note, this place is not for the mobility impaired. Stairs, and a very high bathtub/shower side to step over.

Great location blocks from Eiffel tower,Resteraunts and shops. This place has stairs so not for handicapped or people that have mobility issues. It is a small space good for 2 people for short stay. Alex was our driver from the airport he was very nice. I would stay here again for short stay.

A Parisian Experience
The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and safe. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The area is fairly quiet, though we’re used to noisy Chicago. It was challenging to shower, but we managed. The location is great! It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the train. It was easy to get around Paris from this location. The host was courteous and provided clear instructions on how to access the place. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Location
The apartment was as described in the listing and you can’t beat the location. We did find that neighbors were very noisy unfortunately, but overall would recommend staying here.

Location, Location. Location
Great location, quintessential Paris apartment. Bath, kitchen, bed, table and couch. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower, Procadero, Paris Metro, shops, and restaurants in a safe, warm, friendly neighborhood. Do not book if you are looking for 5 star Hilton. But if you want a clean, authentic Parisienne apartment experience with all that is required, but only what is necessary, then this is the place for you.

Great location but the amenities are not good
Plus points: 1. the location is great, just few minutes way from Eiffel Tower; there is a big grocery, fruit stand and pharmacy nearby the accommodation. 2. The small kitchen appliances were complete 3. There is a cooling appliance in the room which help dissipate the heat. Minus points: I emailed the host two times ( as early as July) if we could put our luggage before the check in since we will arrive in Paris @830am. He did not reply. So I was obliged to check our baggage to nannybag which costs us additional €20 2. The host did not send us any notice that we can check in at that date. I have to call him (overseas call rate) to notify that we were in the place. 3. Towels smell moldy and old. Even the replacement towels smell the same. 4. The bath tub’s height is up to my waist. it is not safe for anybody regardless of age to get in and out. 5. The handheld shower head is attached to the faucet which is too low, that one has to sit on the tub

Great location
My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The host had great communication, the location was ideal (I would say 500m from Eiffel Tower by foot) and overall it was cosy for a few nights. Amenities wise it was pretty basic, with a tv, fridge and mini aircon. No complaints from us, however in extreme heat I could see it being a bit hot in there. The shower / tub was a learning curve and would not be possible for anyone unable to lift their legs, or arms. Could be improved with an attachment that holds the shower head to the wall and with a few additions of linen (more towels and perhaps a bath mat).

Has potential
The host was kind, however took a while for him to respond to messages. The property was easy to get to, and was in the perfect location with easy access to the Eiffel Tower and close to public transport. The pictures are fairly accurate, except there are no pictures that show the quality of the fridge, sink and bathroom, which were all sub par. The fridge was small but worked well. The sink was fine too. There were appliances such as toaster, kettle, etc... but these were hard to locate at first. The crockery and cutlery were not clean and had to be washed before use. Now for the bathroom. Firstly, there was not enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay (only 1 full roll and 2 used rolls that barely had any left on them). The shower was hard to get into and wasn't very clean. Plus the shower head didn't have a wall attachment so you had to hold the shower head yourself the whole duration of the shower, which was difficult and inconvenient. Towels were provided but were hard to locate, and one of them was really small. There was a TV, but this overheated quickly and didn't work, it was only cable TV as well so don't expect Netflix or anything like that. Overall, this place is fine for a short stay (1-2 nights) but not suitable for longer stays. This place has a lot of potential. With some slight touch ups, it could be a very attractive stay.

This property is in an ideal location and has basic amenities. The property has so much potential- some decent linen, towels and updated crockery and cutlery would make a big difference. The property also offered TV. This keeps on over heating and shutting down. It is in a very noisy street so if you have a problem sleeping this is not for you

BEWARE, THIS LISTING IS A SCAM!
The property we were directed to was NOT the one shown in the photos on the listing, nor was it at the same address. The address was near the listed address and the location was good. However the apartment was crap! There was dog hair on the floor, the mattress was terrible. One of us had to literally sleep on the very edge of the mattress because the depression in the middle was so bad you could not stop from rolling in! The bathroom is terrible, you have to leave the door open to sit on the toilet as otherwise you cant fit. The lamp shade was covered in cooking grease from the kitchen and its on the third floor, no lift, steep staircase. This person is scamming people by listing an apartment that he does not provide! He then messages at last minute the address and is often too late to do anything as the refund period has expired. He is doing this on purpose We arrived late in the day and after dragging luggage up there flights of stairs, wasn’t able to do anything about it. Communication with the host was later in the day and didnt give us time to do anything Also the offer of a driver is a scam too, Taxis from Paris Orly airport are fixed price If you dont mind staying in a crap hole, go ahead and book, otherwise AVOID!

Optimal Location
We knew this would be a modest studio from the description. It was in the 7th, where we wanted to be and in our budget. Our host was a great help calling a driver to get us to the airport. We were there during the strikes. We will remember if fondly. The tub/shower were difficult if you were not physically capable.

Nous n'avons pas eu le logement escompté. Kais a annulé la réservation et au lieu de nous rembourser, nous a proposé une solution de rechange: occuper un de ses autres appartements libres. Nous avons adopté cette solution car vraiment dans l'urgence mais en soi ce n'est pas très pratique. Il n'y avait aucune fiabilité dans la possibilité de vraiment occuper ce logement . Par ailleurs la communication n'a pas été vraiment au top, il a fallu insister pour avoir les informations et la facture ne sera pas forcément professionnelle alors que nous avons besoin d'en avoir une pour être remboursées. Bref, je ne conseille pas la réservation de logements s'il n'est pas possible d'annuler gratuitement jusqu'au dernier moment

The apartment is in a very good location 500 meters from the Eiffel Tower , a lot of bistro's / restaurants nearby Simple furnishings and bedding. Typical Parisian accommodation, we enjoyed it! Restaurants within walking distance and bakery, metro and supermarket as well
