We enjoyed our stay in Acadia Astotel very much. The rooms were very clean with good soundproofing. Our 3 year old son really liked the little play area next to reception. The only negative experience was with breakfast ladies which were not particular nice and also there was no toaster.

Wow, the staff and service here are absolutely fantastic! This hotel is so cozy and clean, and the location couldn't be better - it's super close to the train stations, RoissyBus station, restaurants, and the Opera. And as if that weren't enough, they offer daily free snacks and a stocked minibar! What a plus!

The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The property is near a lot of shops, restaurants, main streets and transportation. Would definitely book again.

Nice property! Great staff, good pricing, nice area. Just a 30 minute walk to the Montmartre funicular, close to a metro station. Snacks in the afternoon and evening a great bonus!

Hôtel Acadia - Astotel is conveniently located next to many good restaurants, attractions and public transit for getting around Paris. Staff is very knowledgeable about the area. However, I am very disappointed that the elevator was broken during my stay in hotel. My room was on the top floor (7th) and I had to climb and down especially. Also in the morning, often there are a lot of truck noises on the street with one servicing the hotel.

Great stay! The breakfast was plentiful and housekeeping aggressively restocked the free mini bar. There was always snacks in the lobby and we were told that we could get the same treatment at any of the Astotel properties across the city. Great view, great location, all good. Tres bien!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Acadia. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was good - lots of restaurants nearby and fairly close to Metro stop. We really appreciated the snacks available in the lobby and the free juice, pop, and water in the room fridge. Also, the breakfast was amazing.

Great central location in the "Grands Boulevards" district of Paris. Easy walking distance of tons of great restaurants, bars and little shops. Three of the covered shopping galleries from the 19th century are less than a 5 minute walk. In the other direction and only 5 minutes on foot is the nearest metro stop. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our first night we checked in with someone who was surly, disinterested and unwilling to provide assistance with anything besides handing me a key. He put me and my 5'10" daughter in a room with one double bed. I had been assured from the manager that the requested (6 months earlier) room with 2 beds would be ours. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the room and explained that we needed to move he said that everything was booked and I would have to talk to someone else in the morning. No emotion, no apology, no concern and clearly no interest in his job. We did not sleep much that night. The following morning I headed back to the front desk ready to do battle. There was no way we could spend the next 9 days in a double bed! This time the clerk was professional, concerned and took care of the problem right away. From then on, everyone we dealt with was all one could hope. Our new room was as we'd expected, clean and (by Paris standards) spacious. We had our little fridge replenished each day with bottled water, soda and oj. The bathroom was nice and breakfast each morning was very good.

Amazing hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Clean, fresh, rooms were very large. Mini bar/kettle in room was a brilliant extra, we had a 3 bed room. Room was lovely, air con, hair dryer, a bath, beds are memory formed, lots of pilliows. Checked out at midday but was aloud to use snack and drink bar for the rest of day/early evening. Snack were fresh pastries/cakes/crisps/breadsticks/fruit. Drinks were Pepsi/ice tea/lemoade/fresh juices/coffee/lots of teas. We relexed in cosy comforty lobby with some snacks/hot and cold drink while awaiting to leave for our train. There are also sister hotels in the city which we were allow to go to for use of snack/drink/toliets, which in the hot weather was brilliant! Would stay again for sure. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Good hotel and service. Customers can enjoy the afternoon tea bars in all Astotel hotels in Paris. Staffs are nice and welcoming, English speaking too. Clean and very close to everything. Good location.
