Nice and convenient hotel
Clean and comfortable room. The location is very good, right next to the train station, and the automated check-in was smooth. When I did need to call someone to check the breakfast times, someone answered quickly and was friendly. There was a staff member at breakfast too, who was friendly. There is also a secure bike storage. The breakfast was ok, but could have a few more options and a better coffee machine. The doors of the rooms are a bit thin, so you can hear any noise from the hallway. Also, the bathroom was slightly dark as one of the bulbs was not working. Overall it's a nice and convenient hotel, at a good price, and I would stay there again.

Very convient location. Not recommande to stay there in summer time. Very hot room with no ac No choice but to open the window but you will hear the train pass by all night.

Problème informatique à l’accueil. Impossible d’avoir une personne en ligne. Nous avons du attendre plus d’une heure et demie pour avoir la chambre. Chambre médiocre comparé au prix. Sans clim et très bruyante malgré les fenêtres fermée.

Cher team, Mon séjour à mal débuté. Tout d’abord, lorsque je suis arrive, le système informatique n’a pas reconnu mon nom nim on numéro de contrat. J’ai essayé à plusieurs reprises d’entrée ces coordonnées dans un sens comme dans l’autre, nom, prénom, codes, mais rien ne me donnait l’accès à la chambre que j’avais réservé. Comme je nécessitaisd’une chambre, j’ai terminé par entre rune reservation directement dans le système électronique. J’ai fini par obtenir une chambre pour un prix de CHF 533.- au lieu des CHF 369.- au travers de votre société. Le soir même, j’a écris un courriel à la société hotelière pour les informé de mon insatisfaction.(courriel en attaché) Comme réponse, j’ai reçu le jour d’après, qu’ils ne me rembourseraient pas la différance mais que je pouvais effectuer une demande pour obtenir un bon de reduction. Je vous prie de prendre note de cette total insatisfation et je vous demande de me rembourser cette difference. Dans l’attente de votre réponse, je vous prie d’accepter mes salutations.

Zentral und unkompliziert mit lautem Nachtgeräusch
Wie immer Zentral und unkompliziert Den Pizza-Automaten vor dem Eingang würde ich entfernen lassen! Dieser wurde um 01:30/02:30 und 04:30 lautstark in Anspruch genommen und meine Nacht-Ruhe dazu!

für mich sehr unsicheres Hotel. Die Zimmereintrittskarte wurde im System nicht registriert. So, dass ich Besuch gegen 21,30 Uhr ins Zimmer bekam. Obwohl ich ein anderes Zimmer bekam, konnte von lauter Angst nicht mehr schlafen. Ich werde nicht mehr in diesem Hotel ein Zimmer buchen.

Français: Chambre de qualité douteuse, self check-in qui ne fonctionne pas, ai du m'y reprendre à 2 reprises... lampe de chevet très abimée, salle de bain à la propreté discutable, pas de verre, pas de réfrigérateur, sortie de secours probablement pas utilisable..... cet hôtel mérite un grand détour! Deutsch: Zimmer von zweifelhafter Qualität, Self Check-in funktioniert nicht, ich musste es zweimal versuchen... Nachttischlampe sehr beschädigt, Bad von zweifelhafter Sauberkeit, kein Glas, kein Kühlschrank, Notausgang wahrscheinlich nicht benutzbar..... dieses Hotel verdient einen großen Umweg! English: Room of dubious quality, self check-in not working, had to do it 2 times... very damaged bedside lamp, bathroom of questionable cleanliness, no glass, no fridge, emergency exit probably not usable..... this hotel deserves a big diversions!
