The cottage is a good starting point for trips to Aarhus and don't forget that the beach is within walking distance. In Aarhus there are many attractions: Shop in the many stores, try the amusement park Tivoli Friheden, the Latin Quarter, the AROS art museum with its characteristic rainbow or experience what Denmark used to look like on a trip to the open-air museum Den Gammle By - a truly exciting experience for the whole family. End the day with a delicious dinner along the river, where there are many good restaurants on both sides.
