First off, parking is a logistical nightmare. You have to drive WAY out of your way just to get to a mall entrance which has hotel parking available. Once you get to this parking lot, there are almost no signs telling you which direction the hotel is in, so you have to guess, unless you catch a glimpse of the small almost hidden "wakeup aarhus" text stenciled on to a door. Once you get to the elevator, it doesn't tell you which floor to select for the hotel. Time to guess again, so I chose "1". You get to "1' and find yourself inside that mall. If you look around very carefully, you might see that there's a second, almost hidden elevator you have to take to go up to street level. Again, no signage, so you're guessing about everything. And then once at street level, you need to go out to the street, turn a corner, and walk about 50 feet to get to the hotel entrance. It's ludicrous. Also, in the first 2 hours of my stay, my card key deactivated TWICE! When I had the audacity to complain about it to the bald guy working the front desk, he gave me an attitude and said he wasn't at fault. As for the room, it's tiny. Smaller than a cruise cabin, including the shower which is not much wider than the footprint of a toilet. Finally, breakfast is very disappointing. I've had far better selection at much smaller inns. Totally unacceptable for a corporate hotel like Wakeup Aarhus. I'm very sorry I stayed here.
