This hotel is extremely noisy the pool echos throughout the entire property. During our stay some groups had a portable speaker in the pool area which resulted in it being very loud. The walls are paper thin I would suggest staying elsewhere

Good clean, spacious hotel. Prices still kind of high for what you get. But that’s still the case everywhere. We got a bit of run-around trying to secure early check-in. We had an early event to attend. We simply wanted to know so that we knew when we could leave the Lower Mainland for Kamloops. In the days leading up to our stay…we kept calling to ask. Staff kept telling us to “call back tomorrow”. Even the early morning of our stay. Most frustrating we rarely ask for early check-in, but whenever we have, we’ve never run into this before…until this place
