The room we had above the pool was unbelievably hot. I would have given an even poorer rating except there was a fan in the wardrobe that made it better.

Lady with purple hair was very unprofessional and actually called another guest a Karen in a screaming match. Hotel is just outdated. Not a terrible place to stay if you’re just sleeping there during a busy trip.

The lady with the purple hair at the front desk was very rude. When I arrived a bit earlier than the 3 pm check in I was advised it would be $30 per room to check in early which I did not elect to do. We were in the car for hours getting there so I needed to use the bathroom. I was told they do not have a “Public” bathroom and I could drive 5 miles down the road to use the bathroom at the beach Totally unacceptable. The same lady showed up at 6:55 to set up breakfast that was supposed to be available at 7:00. Breakfast was not completely set up and available until 7:30 causing many guests to leave for their day’s activities without breakfast. I would not suggest staying here. Customer service is beyond horrible

The staff was helpful and did its best...but the site was severely understaffed. Imagine ONE person trying to keep the breakfast going, answering the phone, helping people check in or check out, and answering questions about room problems. It was not pretty. Despite this struggle, we will stay there again next time we are in Ocean Shores.

At first check in was okay then when got keys and arrived in room 108, bed wasn’t made and room not clean. Staff then gave us room 105. The floor was so dirty. The room had an awful smell we had to spray cologne or wouldn’t be able to stay in the room. We will not stay there again.
