I had a very friendly South African at the front desk. Fantastic service however, the property was lacked in many ways. There was no fresh food at 8:45am and we were left with one muffin and cereal with no milk. When we asked she, we were told it was almost over. The floors in the area were dirty and so were the table tops. We paid $350 for a suite that had one paring knife that was bent. When we called for two wine glasses, they said there was no room service. All in all, disappointing experience despite the property being 5 years old. I wouldn’t go back.

A lovely hotel, convenient to shopping and restaurants. A terrific breakfast which was always well stocked. Only suggestion is that the windows need to be cleaned. It would add to the overall first impression you want to make with your guests. Enjoyed our stay.
