Only a five min walk to the town centre with its array of pubs, eating places, takeaways, a supermarket & bespoke shops for all your needs. Only a 5 min drive to the long sandy beach, makes Abergele the perfect place to spend you holiday.

The property has been recently renovated to a high standard with a clean modern feel. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. As a self-catering property, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The modern kitchen hosts a fridge freezer, hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, air fryer, a microwave and an array of cooking utensil & crockery. Access to the side of the property.

The living/dining room hosts a three seater & two seater leather sofas, coffee table & large dining table & 6 dining chairs.

A very modern bathroom with a toilet, sink & double, enclosed shower. Please note there is no bath in the property.

The property is a perfect place to relax and offers televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms with Freeview, the ability to log in to your own Netflix & Prime & internet access.

The property has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.

Bedroom one (Elephant room) has a double bed, wardrobe & set of drawers with access to the rear garden via French doors.

Bedroom two (Highland Cow room) has a double bed, drawers & en-suite with toilet & sink.

Bedroom three (Donkey room) has bunkbeds & drawers.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Enclosed rear garden, with a patio area & lawn with glass table & 6 chairs for outdoor dining.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Please strip all used beds & place in the shower cubicle with used towels.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property by way of a driveway.
- Pets are allowed at the property with prior notice. Please do not let your pets on the leather sofas or beds & please clean up dog mess on your exit for the incoming guests.
