From the cozy living room to the relaxing lounging area, tiny pool , fire pit, and more, we've got it all covered. Prepare to be amazed! We can't wait to be your hosts!

Upon entering our property, you'll discover ample parking in the large driveway for your entire group. Step inside through the front door and immerse yourself in our cozy and updated home. With original hardwood flooring, thoughtful artwork, and modern decor throughout, you'll feel right at home.

LIVING ROOM:

As you enter the main living area, you'll find comfortable seating for 6+ on either a 4 person or 3 person couch. Feel free to indulge in the large smart TV (bring your own login and enjoy any app!).

CLÁSSIC KITCHEN:
The living room leads to our updated kitchen. An island with vintage leather bar stools provides seating for 2. Our guests often enjoy preparing a home-cooked meal in this fully stocked kitchen while gathering around the island for great food, drinks, and conversation!

✔ Each bathroom and the kitchen are equipped with a first aid kit for minor cuts and scrapes.

✔ We provide premium linens to guarantee ultimate comfort for every guest.

✔ Basic paper goods and consumables are on hand, including paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and sponges.

✔ Coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea are all included.


ThE DINNING AREA: features a table and chairs seating 6 guests and a convenient breakfast bar.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom, located at the end of the hall on the left, offers an intimate space with a king-size bed featuring a high-end memory foam mattress. Choose from firm and soft pillows for your comfort. The closet houses a fan, heater, and extra linens. A 42'' smart TV is also available.

The attached bathroom is one of 2 bathrooms! It includes a sink and ample space for getting ready. Relax and decompress as your stress melts away in the warm shower.

OTHER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM:

Bedroom 2, located in the front of the house to the right of the front door, features a memory foam king bed, nightstands, lamps, a 40” smart TV, chair, full body mirror, and a closet.

Bedroom 3, also on the right side of the home, includes a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, a 32” smart TV, chair, half body mirror, and a closet. Both bedrooms offer fans, heaters, and extra linens.


The second full bathroom conveniently sits between bedrooms 2 and 3, featuring a shower tub combo. Opposite the shower, you'll find a well-sized vanity with ample space for your morning routine.

Outdoor Space:

Step onto the back patio, accessible from the dining area, and be greeted by a covered outdoor oasis. Kick back and relax in the hammocks, bar stools, and outdoor loungers that guests adore. Take pleasure in the tiny pool, which comfortably accommodates 6 adults. Additionally, we provide a propane grill for your outdoor cooking desires!

At the back of the yard, you'll find a leveled concrete pad housing a large custom fire pit, perfect for winding down with a glass of wine in the afternoon. Seating is available for 6 people around the fire, with room for more to gather and create cherished memories by the warming flames while indulging in delicious s'mores. Rest assured, firewood, fire starters, and matches are all provided.
Outside, our enchanting space offers numerous amenities such as a gas grill, hot tub, hammock, fire pit, and various seating options. Be enchanted by the string lighting that illuminates the area beautifully after the sun sets.

You will have access to the entire home and property with the exception of a small, locked owner’s closet.

Abilene, Texas is a bustling city with many forms of transportation to get around town. The extensive public bus system has several routes operating seven days a week, taking you from one end of Abilene to the other. Alternatively, renting a car and visiting the sites is easy with several car rental companies in the area. Walking and cycling are also great ways to explore the city and its attractions, as locals are friendly and welcoming to foot traffic downtown. Plus, many of Abilene's most popular spots such as shopping areas, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and more are all within walking distance. No matter your mode of transportation, traveling around Abilene is sure to be an enjoyable experience!

HOUSE RULES:
Our number one goal is to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In order to accomplish this, I simply ask that all guests follow these house rules and confirm that you understand WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR STAY.
This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, my guest, will have the option to cancel the booking penalty free.

- If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call/text me!
- Quiet hours are between 8PM – 8AM.
- We're a shoe free house, so please remove shoes when entering the house.
- No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PARKING: garage parking is provided and is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. You are also welcome to park on the street or the driveway. Note: Please only park in front of our house, neighbors do not like guest parking in front of their houses.
- Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference. But please TURN OFF all lights and appliances when not in use.
- You are welcome to use the fridge and pantry to store any food or other consumables. Please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay.
- If you wear spray tan, please bring your own linens as any linen stained may incur additional charges.
- Please do not rearrange my furniture.
- If you would like to host an event, please speak with me about it first.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning ($125hr) , guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Unannounced pet fee is $300
- No pets on furniture, must clean up of all pet feces. If not followed subject to a $100 cleaning fee
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
-Please only flush toilet paper.
