The hotel itself isn’t modern at all. The halls were very dark the furniture was a little dirty the walls were in bad condition things were rusty. Overall I think it could have been a little better with upkeep. I stayed 4 nights and not once was did housekeeping empty any trash ask if we needed fresh linen or towels the reason is bc of Covid restrictions in 2024. The phone In the room was disconnected and didn’t work. The breakfast consisted of dry cereal apple juice and cold muffins. I was told the waffle maker would have the mix for it the following day. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great for a last min quick stay
There isn't really anything to complain about with our stay. It was a last minute booking and we just needed a place to sleep and shower after the beach that allowed dogs and two beds for our kiddos. The pet friendly rooms must have been near the smoking rooms because we could catch whiffs of cigarette smell here and there but it wasn't major. You could see in certain corners that they may not have vacuumed 100% to the edges, but again, it wasn't anything I hadn't noticed in almost every other hotel we've been in before. Breakfast is...nothing to bank your stay for. In all, staff was kind, we felt safe, we slept well and showered well and everything was just what we needed.

it was the most disgusting hotel ever ever been if it wasn’t for allowing dogs I wouldn’t stay there. None of the TVs worked in the room. My bathroom and shower were absolutely disgusting. It’s like they don’t clean The rooms.

Very dirt rooms and common areas. I had to take the first day to clean it myself. Almost everything was half working. Shower broken, shower curtisn didnt even close.tv remote broken. No house keeping. This is all stated on the walls so u dont know when booking online.you find out all this in person. Very deceiving.Dirty walls and my 2nd bed wasnt even made just a blanket on the bed w burn holes. And i stayed with a dog if your staying with one they will say u cant leave your dog in the room alone. Them why book a hotel with a dog if you cant leave the dog for 10mins alone to go eat.Breakfast is very limited and bare minimal. Breakfast time changes then what is lost on line.Waste of money staying there 12 days but since i paid in advance i would NOY get my money back so i forcefully had to stay but sleeping in my jeep would have been 5 stars compare to this hotel- 4 stars is what i rate it. Please do not book online.

The hotel definitely needs an upgrade. There was an awful smell in the hallways and elevator. The breakfast did not have any healthy options for customers. The hot water was scalding hot which could hurt someone horribly.

Its in a good location for getting around and seeing the local points of interest and the ocean of course. Outdoor pool and decent breakfast. Pet friendly is a huge plus.
