Very convenient 12 hour stay. You are unable to access any checked baggage. Knowing that, we would have packed differently. There are no windows, but a small clean room with friendly staff. No need to go through security again as you never leave the airport.

Great property, conveniently located within the airport for transfers (no need to clear immigrations). Only thing is the booking is for 6 hour blocks and then you can pay by the hour for an extra hour or two, so be sure to book the specific hours you need the room. The front desk staff was very accommodating and adjust the hours of my booking upon arrival because I was not made aware of this at time of booking.

Fantastic except for faulty shower drain
Great stay. Exactly what I needed for a long layover. Quiet and well equipped so I managed to get some proper rest. Great staff too. Only problem is that the shower drain dosen't work well and the water leaks into the rest of the bathroom

Very Quick efficient check in. Well located inside the airport. Small very basic but very comfortable and fairly quite .. Excellent for a quick nap between flights if you are at the airport for more than 8 hours.

We needed a room to sleep in during a 14 hour layover in Abu Dhabi, we made the booking, arrived at the airport, grabbed our bag's to then find out the hotel is located in Transfers, we were unable to go back through departures as we had to go through immigration, we lost our full deposit and the hotel made no effort to resolve this issue as it is unclear where this hotel is nor is there any information on this when booking this hotel.

We booked this hotel because it was at the airport and we were landing at 3 am. After booking, in the confirmation email they informed the hotel was at the departure gate, so we couldn’t access to it. Due to this, we requested a refund but they just refused without any flexibility at all, we begged for a little understanding on this regard but they just didn't reply at all.
