Virtually everything works in the hotel. Very professional service from the reception to everystaff in the hotel. The buffet breakfast very good. The rooms are very clean. Small gym, but good enough. There is also taxi service within the hotel.

Very unique and beautiful hotel concept. The staff is wonderful. Always ready to help. Maintenance is one major flaw with the hotel. The maintenance people could kill the beautiful vision that makes this hotel so unique. The management needs to pay attention to this. The beds are so comfy. I encourage any traveling with discerning taste to check this place out.

Rooms are well-designed and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are horrendous, first room had a leaking bathroom, I was then moved to another room that also had a leaking bathroom! It was also unbelievably tiny with a musty smell. Sheets were not changed throughout my 5-night stay. Breakfast is terrible. Overall, looks like a good hotel on the outside but there are definitely areas for improvement. It is manageable for a 2-3 day stay but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

Nice looking, safely situated and accessible
Some of the porters were dishonest, especially the ones from the kitchen. I called to order egusi soup and two portion of eba. The lady over the phone told me #3000. After food prep, i went to get my food, the guy in charge or perhaps, the server told me it was #3700, That service was #500. Room service has always been #200. Moreover, i went to get food myself, why charge me for room service. And where did the additional #700 come from. The money isn't the problem. Dishonesty in their part, is the issue here. Secondly, often times i run out of towels, the water stops running, the water from the bathroom overflows into the toilet because the raised water stopper isn't high enough.

It was comfortable, the menu can do with some delicacies but overall it was home away from home. The staff: front guest guy, bar lady and supervisor added a touch in dealing with guest. I will recommend this hotel before others.
