Very great experience so attentive, fresh new towels everyday and cleaning was done everyday. Came back to hotel to clean room. Would most definitely book with El Emporio next time I go. 10/10 would recommend a stay here

Beds smelled disgusting, like musty. The beds had ZERO support. As soon as my kids would lay ( 4 & 7) the mattress would sink. The AC was terrible! I called in to get it fixed, and I was told it would work. Never did. I would never stay here for the amount of money they charge. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

The A/C in the room didn't work. The first they sent the maintenance guy 4 times, and it didn't work, the next day no A/C at all. They said the A/C wasn't working at all. The view was amazing, the front desk, the restaurant, the pool area people, they were all friendly and fast service.
