Hotels.com far from a good partner on my stay.
I was very frustrated and disappointed with my hotels.com experience. I had to travel for business and booked my room over a month in advance. Unfortunately due to illness I could not check in on Monday of my Monday through Thursday stay. I was planning to arrive on Tuesday. So on Saturday morning I called Hotels.com to let them know. They said they would reach out to the hotel and ask them to credit the one night. I was told they were unable to reach the property. They asked higher management to try to reach the hotel. I arrived on Tuesday to check in and my hotel stay had been cancelled. I was not credited for my reservation. I had to pay for a separate reservation for my stay. The hotel said they have someone on duty 24 hours a day and they had not received any reach out on my behalf. The hotel manager has been amazing where the hotels.com organization has been very disappointing!

Only giving it 3 stars because the breakfast is pretty good for a continental breakfast layout. Room was gross smelling when checked in, had to request a new room.. Bathroom was old and smelled musty.. Wouldnt stay there again, especially for the price they charge.

The property staff are wonderful and friendly - sharing information about events in the area during our stay. The room was also clean and it’s obvious the staff works hard to clean rooms, but the room had a terrible smell I’m guessing was the carpet because the bed and linens were perfect. A friend staying in another room on another floor had the same experience while another friend, ironically staying with their dog, didn’t have this experience. Recommend the hotel management address the source of the odor in some of the rooms. Note for light sleepers - ask for a room on top floor, lower floors with rooms above are noisy when guests are walking around in room above.

Great stay for the weekend.
The service was great. The morning breakfast help was on spot. Front counter was great as well. Check in was easy and courteous. Hotel it self was in the right spot. For us as we did not stay in the hotel much.

Hotel was ok but not great. They allow pets so I occasionally heard a dog barking and I was also woken up a couple times by the sound of loud doors closing. I would recommend asking for a room off the 1st floor so you don't hear people running in and out of the indoor pool. Staff was very nice and room was clean.
