No smoking inside, no pets. Parties or functions are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination & eviction without refund of security deposit & or extra charges for cleaning, wear & tear added to your credit card

IF 2 OR 3 SINGLE PERSONS BOOK HOME, ONLY UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE. THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE WILL BE LOCKED AND UNAVAILABLE.
