The refurbished room was quiet, clean with good block out curtains. Didn't use the restaurant so unable to comment. Staff very helpful, polite and courteous. Location great and easy walking distance to the bus stops, Rundle Mall and shopping.

The spa and pool area had a beautiful atmosphere although the spa was quite cold for a spa. It would have been nice to have decent size cups in room. Those red ones are half the size of most peoples regularly cups. I found the mini bar to be very underwhelming, water bottle and a violet crumble when there’s two guests… fridge was also dirty, and you can tell the place hadn’t been dusted. Bit disappointing there were no robes and that’s apart of the fun whilst staying in a hotel room. Storage space was an issue no where for us to put our clothes besides two coat hangers.. Not even a bedside table drawers would be an issue if you are staying from another state or country.. over all good for the price we paid.

The Hotel was at perfect location with nice rooms and friendly staff. There are plenty of options to eat around and hotel restaurant was nice too.

Really poor experience considering the cost while the room, cleaning premises and staff where good the noise at night coming from outside the building and I’m not sure if was the air conditioning inside the hotel or other buildings around but the sound of machinery and the lights on the corridors filter into the room making really difficult to rest and was during all night. I had stay in other hotels in Adelaide (Intercontinental - Hilton ) and never had this issue before and at that cost I would recommend going somewhere else.
