Campbelltown is known as a family friendly area. Lots of Italian cafes and restaurants around, multiple supermarkets and essential shops nearby so getting supplies and keeping your belly full any time of day will be easy. Plenty of local playgrounds (closest one is Unity Park just an easy 6min stroll down the street), close to Linear Park and very easy drive into Adelaide City (only about 15 min drive or approx. 7km).

You'll have exclusive access to the entire home (apart from the locked cleaner's cupboard) & private courtyard.

Maintenance access: The gardener will access the courtyard once every few months to keep the weeds under control. We will let you know when he is due to visit. He does not need access inside the unit, only the courtyard.

There's a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning system (heat & cool) in the open plan living/dining area and a newly added 2nd air-conditioner in bedroom 2. Plus ceiling fans with remote control and multiple speed levels fitted to each bedroom for your comfort. There are no stairs inside this home, just one step to get in the front door and one step out the back door, so it's easy to access for those who may find stairs difficult.

When you need your private time alone, take your pick of the 2 spacious bedrooms. So much bigger than the new tiny boxes that are a dime a dozen these days. You won't feel cramped in these rooms, especially with the high ceilings as well! The master bedroom has the bonus work desk so you can get some work done if needed. Unlimited NBN wifi internet is included for your convenience.

Commercially cleaned hotel quality bed and bath linen (designs/colours vary) provided for your comfort and convenience. **Note: decorative display cushions and throw blankets may not be available depending on the cleaning company. If you’d like blankets for your stay please let us know beforehand so we have time to organise.

Security:
There is an external security camera (image and audio) operating and recording 24/7 for your safety and protection. It monitors the common driveway/entrance area of the complex.

Gardener:
There's a gardener who visits about once a month to keep the common gardens of the complex looking good. He attends to the private courtyard every few months as required to keep the weeds away.

Bins:
This is a residential home. Please help out like previous guests have before you and kindly put the bins out for council collection if bin day falls during your booked dates. The blue lid bin is the general waste bin and is emptied on a weekly basis. The yellow lid bin is for recyclables and is only emptied fortnightly. There's a bin collection schedule on the fridge for your easy reference. The bins need to be placed out at the kerbside on Tuesday nights ready for collection Wednesday. Once they’ve been emptied, please bring them back into the courtyard. Thank you kindly.

Subfloor: This classic building is built on stumps and has a timber underfloor which was very common back in the day. This means that the floor may creak at times due to the natural movement of the timber subfloor.

Insects/pests:
Whilst it is impossible for us to guarantee 100% you won't see any insects inside the home during your stay, please know that we have the home annually treated as a preventive measure to help keep it as pest free as possible.

The neighbours are in close proximity. So please enjoy the home in a quiet and respectful way. Just as we would expect them to do for you.

Short stay in Campbelltown
Apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed e.g. washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven/stove and TV. The wifi was reasonably fast and reliable. There's a shopping center 2 minutes away and a bus stop for the 174 bus that goes straight into the Adelaide CBD. All in all it was a very comfortable stay.

Room comfort
This was a convenient location for a last minute booking and the beds were comfortable but we stayed when the temperatures were in the midland low 30s. The aircon only managed to cool the lounge so the bedrooms were so hot at night that we struggled to sleep. Also the floors throughout the unit were squeaky and made it hard to be quiet when you got up during the night.
