Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at the Durham Serviced Apartments and didn’t have much time to make the most of the local area. However, the accommodation was fantastic - clean, quiet, and very friendly staff. We will definitely book again next time we’re staying in the city.

I was very disappointed by the lack of natural light and airflow you can get through the room. Tiny window in the bedroom and only the single door onto the balcony in the living space.

Walking distance to many places. Clean and spacious room. Easy check in and check out. Parking is a bit tricky since the area is tourism focus, but not that bad.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay, great location and amenities. However one thing we didn’t like was the fact there was no explanation of how housekeeping works at the time of checking in, we were advised to use the QR code in the room to read about the hotel. They stated room would be cleaned every 3 days, we were staying for 7 nights and they only cleaned once, we ran out of toilet paper and body wash, had to ask them to refill even after they cleaned the room.

Well located, close to restaurants,shops and sea front. Public transport is also easily accessible and only a short walk down the road to the buses and tram. Apartment was clean, well maintained and was equipped with all the essentials. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
