The first room we were allocated was dated and definitely not up to Hilton standard. Staff generously upgraded us to a King Deluxe Room, that was better but still not a five star room. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good, valet parking very efficient. Overall this hotel falls short of the usual Hilton Standard.

Room was good but noisy air con and loud outside. Also the buffet was average at best and overcrowded with 3 people managing the whole restaurant on the weekend. The cooks also had a really bad attitude.

We found we had a good experience with our stay. The only issue we had was the limited parking options available. We were planning to self park our car during our stay. The self option you had available was not convenient.
