Front desk was rude said would txt when room was ready hour after checkin still no txt rang my self and hello room was ready. Dining was horrible left in the corner and forgotten, no tips from me or maybe just one tongs for side salad and chips. And maybe water refills not just once all night .

Stay at Hilton was great. It was Expedia who soured the stay as I had double booked and requested a refund which they blamed on the hotel for dishonouring. While as the hotel said Expedia needs to action. I requested the cancellation within hours of double booking. Zero empathy from Expedia. Never ever booking with Expedia

I went for a weekend trip to Adelaide with my friends, As i always prefer to stay in Hilton. But Hilton Adelaide is not up to the mark, rooms need renovation to look as per the luxury linked with Hilton, it was clean but outdated. Bathroom also need renovation. Aircon was not working properly. Breakfast and room service was good though.

The property was wonderful and central to my needs. Staff service was impeccable. My only issue was the toilet seat in my room would keep coming loose when you use it. For future updates and maintenance consider double glazing the windows the constant emergency vehicle noise is unpleasant in the early hours. Would I stay here again? Definitely it was still a wonderful experience.
