All staff were amazing! The dining options and food was delicious! The breakfast menu was terrific and much to choose from. The kids really enjoyed the pool!! We just loved eating at the hotel with their exceptional meals and there is also so much nearby with Westfield accross the road. The rooms were spacious and very clean and we had an amazing view. Thank you to all the staff who really looked after us during our stay. We were a family of 11 and will definitely be coming back!! Thanks again.

Wonderful property, awesome staff, nice room with view over the lake. Breakfast is the best we have ever had for free with a hotel stay. Quick uber from either airport or cruise port, very convenient. Viator wine tours pick up from there. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant and on one side you view the lake and other is big screen tv fun. Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay here.

Literally the perfect accommodation. Clean, reasonably priced, great bar and restaurant area, with all rooms and common areas having superb views. The included breakfasts were outstanding, with friendly and hospitable staff. Only criticism (and it really had nothing to do with the accommodation experience itself) was that the bar staff didn’t understand how the happy hour worked and after giving me incorrect information about what beers and wine were included became snooty after I changed my order. This was despite conceding she had (accidentally) misled me. When the senior barman sorted it out you could see that she still had no intention of trying to understand how the happy hour worked. Still didn’t change our experience, would recommend the Lakes Hotel to everyone.

Beautiful place to stay, So nice to wake up overlooking the lake and going for a walk around it is an added bonus. my only one concern was the bed a little to firm for me and the pillows a little hard. But that would not stop me staying there again. love the place. Staff are amazing and the food is incredible.
