I regularly stay at Majestic Minima when I need to stay the night in Adelaide. It's usually comes up as one of the cheapest hotels in town but has everything you'd expect or need in a hotel. The area around Melbourne street North Adelaide is great place to base yourself, free 99 bus to and from the city, or a 25-30 min walk if you want to get your step count up. Secure car parking is a plus.

Our room wasn’t huge but it was very comfortable and within easy walking of the Botanic Gardens and the zoo. Checkin was easy as was parking.

DONT STAY
Room was as basic as an $80 room in regional not even a side table or vanity just a bowl. The bathroom stunk of sewerage which I had to keep door closed in order to sleep. No powerpoint near bed for charging phone and alarm and I paid top doller for the stay. Party happening to late couldn’t sleep nightmare. Stay clear from this one!

Great space to rest our head for the night! Compact size rooms, but has everything you need for a night or 2. Very clean, tidy and fantastic communal balcony upstairs! We would definitely stay again if we needed a bed for the night. Amazing rates!!

The room and bathroom were smaller than what we expected but they were clean and functional. The iron leaked onto my evening dress which I then had to dry with the hairdryer, which wasn't great - but apart from that, the hotel is basic but in a great location and good value for money.

Was good. A little odd to have their reception desk a block away but wasnt hard to find. Clean, quiet, neat, TV was a lil old but didnt matter much. I recommend this to anyone for a cheap stay.
