I returned after pre Covid because I thought the breakfast was excellent then and I was delighted to find it was just as good as before. The room was just as lovely, too.

Clean and fancy rooms. Friendly staff on entry. Only issue was that our room was facing Hindley street so I’d ask for a different room. Bathroom was amazing

Hotel is in a great location However for a 5 star Hotel we were disappointed. Check in & out staff were unfriendly & we were basically ignored, no friendly greeting, nothing! Concierge was the only pleasany staff member! Room was lovely and Large but the noise from the street through the night was bad. Won’t return! Better options in the area
