Positives: location, quietness, floorplan, pleasant light-coloured interior, mountain and city views from the rooms. Negatives: Communications with Reservations and Reception. Lack of sensibility from the Reservations and unprofessionalism from the Reception. On arrival just before 8 pm, I had to call the Reservations (offshore) from where a man lied that my booking had been canceled. Out of the blue, a hotel staff appeared and handed in the keys after receiving the payment. Next morning, the receptionist debited my bank card I used last night again without letting me know. Instead of fixing the mistake, they compelled me to contact my bank, wasting my day. I'm yet to receive the money back. I'd provide a 5 star review if the Reservation staff were not disturbing and the staff at the hotel were professional enough.

Don’t do it.
The room was dreadful. When we first arrived the room smelt of blocked drains. We fixed that then all we could smell was cigarette smoke. Didn’t matter what we tried the stink was coming from the air conditioner, of which there was only one for a 2 bed apartment. So we, friends, had to sleep with doors open. Not great for friends sharing an apartment. The location is ok.

Had a lovely week long stay! Convenient location - close to convention centre, Rundle mall and restaurants, convenient transportation options close to the apartments. Reasonably well equipped apartments and fantastic staff!

Fabulous views
Very central location for the CBD & Vailo 500 with lots of places to dine or snack. Arrival was great with a car space paid for two nights; secure & guaranteed spot. Unit wasnt really clean but we asked for a midweek clean & then better being able to see out of the full wall windows offering a superb view of the NE city sector & the Adelaide Hills. Would recommend 👌

Apartment was great and location is fantastic, right at Rundle Mall in the city. The pool was unfortunately out of order and only notified on check in. Apartment itself was modern and sufficiently furnished and we had a comfortable stay.

From the moment you enter the building, you're greeted with a sign detailing the disputes going on in the building. I.e. full time residents vs hotel management. Sets a funny unwelcoming vibe straight away. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but for the price, reasonable. Our splashback looks like it hasnt been cleaned in quite some time, and some furniture in the room looked quite tired. Water pressure is great, good bathrooms, no complaints there. Gym also very good, however, the pool and spa were empty for some reason. With no mention of that prior to checking in. Overall, it was a fine place to stay, definitely felt uncomfortable with the residents wanting the hotel stopped. If you're looking for the advertised "luxury", I'd go some place else

Great location. Easy to get around to areas of interest. Apartment was spacious enough, lots of good amenities .. kitchen, 2 bathrooms, plenty storage, dining table, bedrooms. Lounge was only twocseater when we had booked for 4 people..so not comfy. Did not have broom or vac to clen ip crumbs of floor only hsnd dustpan, this was not good as had to bend which is hard on older people. There were lots of scuff marks on the hall, kitchen and bedroom walls. The door latch and metal strip was broken, felt like it could easily be broken into. Some stains on the lounge and dining chairs.

I loved it and the kids did except their was a whistling noise most of time we eventually worked out tiny gap under door if U blocked it stopped it .. Also I left medication in draw and wasn't able to get after expensive medication is these days I thought the house keeping would hand in but never returned .. very upsetting
