Light-filled open living areas with two balconies are ideal for hosting guests or taking in the peaceful sunset if you prefer watching the world go by. Breathtaking views can be found from the spacious master bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a king-sized bed with a cozy CoolMax memory foam mattress topper. Another huge bedroom is located in the lower level while the third bedroom is located in the upper level.

The property is fully furnished including ironing, washer and dryer, espresso coffee machine, crockery and utensils, entertainment, mountain bikes for communal use and many more. There's also a half-court tennis court, swimming pool and immaculately maintained grounds.

Dolphins frequently visit and play in the waters beneath the property. Beach, shops, schools, train station, cafes, restaurants, outdoor gyms, parks, and post offices are all within easy walking distance. A boat ramp and a golf course are also nearby.

Parking is well catered for and includes 2 allocated carparks. 1 in carport with a parking height clearance of 2.05m and 1 in open space.

This is a self-contained property rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complimentary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed.

We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.

We allow cat or dog only. Per the listing, only one pet is allowed and up to 10kg only. An extra damage deposit of $250 applies. Pet will stay indoors as this property doesn't have an outdoor area.

To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
