Karin’s place is AMAZING! Easy drive to Salzburg. Karin is a wonderful host and made sure we had maps, information. She answers emails very quickly. The laundry is an added bonus. I would return over and over.

We loved everything about our stay. Karin was a wonderful host and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Loved the village of Adnet with a little local supermarket, larger supermarkets 5 minutes away by car and Salzburg only 20 minutes away by car with a very easy Park & Ride facility if preferred.

A bit tricky to find initially but Karin was really helpful when we first arrived and the apartment was great for our family 2 day stay. The village is very limited in terms of eating out but very handy for getting into Salzburg by park and ride. Also a relatively short drive to the Eagle’s Nest.

Very nice. If you travel with car it's not far from Saltzburg. Kind host and clean and comfortable room, beddings, amenities and kitchenwares. I recommend to family travelers.

Retreat in the mountains minutes away from Town
Very Warm Welcome from Karin to this beautiful Villa in the mountains just outside of Salzburg. This was a perfect location for us being between Salzburg and Hallstatt and the mountain scenery was over whelming to say the least. Spectacular experience! Karin is the best Host we have ever encountered and we travel extensively.

Excellent place to stay. If we could have changed our itinerary we would have stayed there more nights. Karen was helpful and charming. The rooms were very clean and tasteful. Lovely view. Our very favorite room in our 1 month stay in Europe. Stay here if you possibly can.

Great stay in a family owned establishment.
Karen made our stay easy and comfortable. The building is new, very tidy and the little apartment well furnished. The location is perfect for visiting Salzburg and the surrounding area while allowing you the peace and quiet of a small village setting.

Fabulous stay at Villa Karin
Great facility, new, clean, modern, nicely decorated. Karin is very welcoming and provided a lot of helpful information about the area, as well as instructions on how go get to the stores and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. The weather was really hot during our stay and open windows didn't help much, they opened way to mosquitoes. Overall we really enjoyed the area, the quiet surroundings, the great room and the service. Thank you Karin!

Close to Salzbutg and Hallein.
Karin was there to greet us, explained most of the apt. except not how to use the oven which we discovered later had many settings. The apt. was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen could use more items like a coffee pot, tongs, baking pan, measuring cup, etc.. We rent apts. so we can cook but there weren't many utensils. There is a Nespresso machine with pods but renters are asked to leave a Euro for every pod used. A drip pot would be very nice for people who drink more than one cup of coffee per day. There is also construction taking place on the property so we were awakened occasionally at 6 AM. Construction also means lumber, other materials, close to the apt. The view to the mountain was lovely and we could hear the cowbells. Very short drive to Hallein for groceries. Once all the improvements are finished and it is quiet, we would highly recommend Villa Karin.

Very nice apartment. Karin was very hospitable. It would have been nice to have had a breakfast since we only stayed one night and did not have time to buy groceries. She says she plans to serve breakfast once she completes her remodeling.
